By installing or using Clipboard Manager: Easy Copy & Paste (“the extension”), you agree to these terms.

1. License

The extension is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may install it on any device you own or control.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the extension in compliance with all applicable laws. You will not:

• Use the extension to store or transmit unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or misuse the extension in a way that harms other users.
• Redistribute a modified version claiming to be the original.

3. Your data

The extension stores your clipboard history, snippets, and notes locally on your device. You are solely responsible for the content you save. See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. No warranty

The extension is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Chrome's platform limitations (for example, the inability to capture copies from chrome:// pages or other applications) are outside our control.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the extension.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the extension after a change means you accept the new terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using the extension at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue the extension at any time.
